Job Description – Project Delivery Manager (Managed Services)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Service Delivery, Project/Program Management, stakeholder management, and client engagement, with a proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts, cross-functional teams, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services projects and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
  
• Manage multiple enterprise client engagements while ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Act as the primary client contact for delivery governance and stakeholder management.
  
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and business teams for seamless project execution.
  
• Monitor project health, risks, resources, budgets, and delivery performance.
  
• Drive governance through client reviews, status reports, and executive presentations.
  
• Manage project scope, change requests, and delivery timelines.
  
• Lead process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  
• Mentor cross-functional teams and drive a high-performance delivery culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Delivery, Managed Services, IT Services, or Program Management.
  
• Proven experience managing enterprise client accounts and large-scale managed services engagements.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks and project management methodologies.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are preferred.
  
• Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) or DevOps is an added advantage.
