Job Description – Project Engineer(MEPF & Structure)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage technical and engineering activities across construction projects. The role involves project coordination, technical documentation, change orders, submittals, estimation, quality control, and daily coordination with US-based project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical and engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Coordinate daily with US project managers and international project teams.
  
• Support project management, change orders, submittals, estimation, and project administration.
  
• Review drawings, specifications, 2D overlays, and technical documents.
  
• Assist in estimating project hours, resources, and execution requirements.
  
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality and technical standards.
  
• Maintain project documentation and document management systems.
  
• Coordinate with India and international teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  
• Develop and conduct training for team members and trade partners.
  
• Support QA/QC processes and maintain project standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  
• 5+ years of construction/project engineering experience.
  
• International/Global project experience is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of change orders, submittals, project administration, and construction practices.
  
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  
• Experience with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or estimation software is preferred.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, ownership, and team management skills.
  
• Comfortable working with US-based clients and teams.
