Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer -focused Promoters to support product promotion and brand visibility activities across assigned locations in Kolkata (East Region). The ideal candidate should have prior experience promoting physical products and possess strong communication and sales skills to engage customers and drive product awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products to potential customers at retail outlets, stores, exhibitions, or assigned locations.
  
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
  
• Encourage product trials and influence purchase decisions.
  
• Build positive relationships with customers and retail staff.
  
• Ensure attractive product display and visibility at the point of sale.
  
• Meet daily and monthly sales or promotion targets.
  
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the supervisor.
  
• Maintain records of promotional activities and daily reporting.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Promoter, Sales Promoter, Brand Promoter, or Retail Promoter.
  
• Experience in promoting physical products is mandatory.
  
• Candidates from FMCG, Consumer Durables, Electronics, Mobile Accessories, Home Appliances, Food Products, or similar product -based industries are preferred.
  
• Candidates from Insurance, Financial Services, Telecalling, or Service -based promotions will not be considered.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Presentable personality with a customer -oriented approach.
  
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in in -store promotions and customer engagement.
  
• Knowledge of retail sales and merchandising practices.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
