Hiring Restaurant Captain - Kolkata

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and
service -oriented Captain to oversee daily restaurant operations and
ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate will supervise service
staff, maintain coordination with the kitchen team, and uphold high standards
of hospitality and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise
  and manage floor operations during service hours
  
• Ensure
  smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  
• Monitor
  service quality and enhance guest satisfaction
  
• Train,
  guide, and motivate stewards for efficient service delivery
  
• Handle
  guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  
• Ensure
  adherence to SOPs and service standards
  
• Maintain
  cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the service area
  

Requirements

• Graduate
  or Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field
  
• 4–7
  years of experience in Food & Beverage service
  
• Minimum
  1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role
