Job Description – Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial power tools sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development within the industrial tools or engineering products industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of industrial power tools to dealers, distributors, and industrial customers.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
  
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial power tools sales.
  
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, dealer/distributor network, and industrial customers.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
