About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in Project Sales within the Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate should have strong technical sales skills, experience in handling project clients, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
  
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
  
• Manage client relationships and generate repeat business.
  
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
  

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory).
  
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Project Sales.
  
• Mandatory experience in the Building Materials industry.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
