About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive business growth, and expand our market presence in the industrial solutions segment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in industrial B2B sales, and experience managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and key customer segments.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team while driving performance through KPIs.
  
• Build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate high-value contracts.
  
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and operations teams for seamless project execution.
  
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM (Zoho/Freshsales) to improve productivity.
  
• Drive lead generation initiatives through digital marketing and business development activities.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
  
• Experience: 6–10+ years in Industrial B2B Sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong experience in cranes, material handling equipment, industrial machinery, maintenance services, or engineering solutions.
  
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and lead high-performing sales teams.
