Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales for Home Automation solutions in the assigned territory.
  
• Build and manage relationships with A-Grade Architects, Builders, and Developers.
  
• Identify and convert new project opportunities into business.
  
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with architects and consultants.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
  
• Achieve sales targets and expand the project pipeline.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
  
• 4+ years of experience in Project Sales.
  
• Mandatory experience in the Home Automation industry.
  
• Proven experience handling A-Grade Architects, Builders, and Developers.
  
• Strong market knowledge of Mumbai (Worli and nearby areas).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
