The HoReCa Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion within the hospitality and foodservice sector. Responsible for managing sales activities across hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering establishments, this position focuses on building lasting client relationships, ensuring product availability, and achieving consistent sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams to deliver seamless order fulfillment and market intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow HoReCa sales within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular visits to hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering clients to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.
Identify and pursue new business leads while retaining and expanding existing client accounts.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain optimal product availability and ensure comprehensive market coverage.
Foster long -term partnerships with key customers and distributors.
Gather and report market insights, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HoReCa or FMCG sector.
Strong interpersonal and relationship -building skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast -paced environment.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
High level of motivation and a results -driven mindset.
