Job Description - Hiring // Scanning Associate

Summary:

The Scanning Associate plays a vital role within the Logistics and Warehouse/FC department by ensuring the integrity of inventory records. This position focuses on the precise documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments, guaranteeing that tracking data remains accurate and up-to-date to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Utilize handheld scanners or mobile applications to scan parcels during inbound receipt accurately, sorting, and dispatch phases.
Verify shipment labels, barcodes, and physical counts against the provided manifest to confirm data consistency.
Immediately notify supervisors of any discrepancies, including damaged goods, missing items, or mismatched shipments.
Maintain a tidy scanning workstation and organize parcels efficiently according to specific routes or zones.
Achieve daily scanning volume targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Requirements

Educational qualification of 10th or 12th pass; candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in using basic smartphone interfaces or handheld scanning devices.
Strong attention to detail and the flexibility to work across various shifts.
