School Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and coordinate school events, including but not limited to open house, parent -teacher conferences, and graduation ceremonies
  
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date student, staff, and school records
  
• Communicate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure a collaborative and supportive school environment
  
• Manage and reconcile the school budget and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded
  
• Supervise and provide guidance to administrative and support staff
  
• Oversee school safety and emergency procedures and ensure that all staff and students are trained in these procedures
  
• Collaborate with other school coordinators, administrators, and community organizations to promote the school and support student success
  

School Coordinator Qualifications & Skills
