Senior Executive Sales – PGP Sales (Special Gases)

Location - Bangalore
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results -oriented Senior Executive Sales professional to lead the Specialty / Packaged Gases business in a key territory. This role is central to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and cultivating strategic client relationships across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will manage high -value accounts, spearhead business development initiatives, and ensure seamless delivery by collaborating closely with supply chain and operations teams. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, market insights, and performance excellence, this position is instrumental in achieving organizational sales goals and reinforcing the company’s leadership in the industrial gases industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand existing industrial customer accounts and key accounts within the assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through accurate forecasting and strategic planning
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including order processing, invoicing, payment follow -up, and logistics coordination
  • Collaborate with SCM, operations, and distribution teams to ensure timely and reliable customer service
  • Develop and sustain long -term customer relationships through proactive communication and effective issue resolution
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to guide sales strategy, pricing, and positioning
  • Lead pricing negotiations, customer engagement programs, and safety compliance initiatives


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B or industrial sales, with a focus on business development and key account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and supply coordination processes
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Maharashtra
  • BE/B.Tech degree preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in industrial sales, specialty gases, chemicals, or technical sales
