Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HR & Administration to lead the HR and administrative functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, administration, and facility management within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit processes.
  
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
  
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment Act, and labour laws.
  
• Lead administration and facility management, including security, housekeeping, transport, travel, and office operations.
  
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLA compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  
• Prepare and monitor HR & Admin budgets.
  
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary matters, and statutory audits.
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR & Administration within the Manufacturing, Steel, or Iron industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  
• Experience in HR operations, administration, vendor management, and facility management.
  
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
  
• Male candidates only.
  
• Candidates must be based in Kolkata (No Relocation).
  
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only.
