Job Description - Hiring || Senior Marketing Manager -Delhi

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results -driven Senior Manager - Marketing to spearhead ISF’s marketing vision and strengthen its leadership position in India’s staffing industry. This role is pivotal in shaping brand identity, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and fostering meaningful engagement across key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, digital expertise, and a passion for advancing the staffing sector through innovative campaigns, thought leadership content, and impactful events. You will lead a creative team, leverage data -driven insights, and collaborate across departments to amplify ISF’s mission and influence in the market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with ISF’s strategic goals, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and member acquisition.
Lead end -to -end digital marketing efforts, including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook), email marketing, SEO/SMO, and website optimization to enhance visibility and engagement.
Design and oversee high -impact content marketing initiatives such as whitepapers, blogs, newsletters, webinars, and industry reports to establish ISF as a trusted thought leader.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and workshops in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring strong attendance and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (policy, membership, operations) and external partners (government bodies, media, industry associations) to support advocacy and outreach efforts.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and KPIs; deliver actionable insights and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Supervise and mentor a small team, including a designer, through performance reviews, goal setting, and effective time management.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards applicable to the Indian staffing sector.

Requirements

Requirements:

7–10 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, digital strategy, content development, and event management.
Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and stakeholder engagement in a professional services or industry association environment.
Expertise in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite (a plus).
Strong understanding of the Indian staffing, HR, or workforce solutions landscape, including relevant regulations and market dynamics.
Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, industry advocacy, and high -impact storytelling.
Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, agile environment with a startup culture; self -motivated and energetic.

Experience: 7–10 years

Working Days: 5 days a week (Off: Saturday & Sunday)
