Job Description – Senior Physiotherapist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist with strong expertise in patient assessment, rehabilitation, and evidence-based treatment. Experience in Sports Physiotherapy, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, and/or Women’s Health is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  
• Assist in treatment of Diastasis Recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, C-section recovery, and postpartum conditions.
  
• Design exercise protocols focused on posture, mobility, pain management, and core strengthening.
  
• Support postpartum mothers with exercise and lifestyle guidance.
  
• Mentor junior physiotherapists and contribute to clinical excellence.
  
• Maintain a compassionate, supportive, and patient-focused clinical environment.
  

Requirements

• BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
  
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, women’s health, or sports rehabilitation.
  
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
  
• Empathetic approach with willingness to learn and grow.
  
• Comfortable working rotational shifts and 6 days a week.
