Job Description – Senior PPC Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to manage and optimize high-budget paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. The candidate will drive lead generation, improve campaign performance, maximize ROI, and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  

• Manage lead generation campaigns, remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
  

• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing of ads, audiences, and landing pages.
  

• Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
  

• Develop performance dashboards using Looker Studio and analyze attribution models.
  

• Manage bidding strategies, campaign budgets, and automated optimization.
  

• Prepare performance reports and collaborate with SEO, content, design, and sales teams.
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.
  

• Strong understanding of PPC, performance marketing, lead generation, remarketing, CRO, and attribution models.
  

• Knowledge of Manual CPC, Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Maximize Conversions bidding strategies.
  

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
