Job Description – Senior Sales Manager – Home Automation & Smart AV Solutions

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Home Automation with a strong background in Smart Home Automation, KNX Solutions, and AV Integration Sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B project sales, managing relationships with system integrators, architects, interior designers, consultants, and premium residential/commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Home Automation, Smart Home Solutions, KNX Automation, and AV Integration products.
  
• Generate and convert leads through architects, interior designers, consultants, system integrators, and project clients.
  
• Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, dealers, and automation integrators.
  
• Handle end-to-end B2B project sales from lead generation to closure.
  
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across South India.
  
• Prepare sales reports, project pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 3–5 years of experience in Home Automation / Smart Home / AV Solutions Sales.
  
• Mandatory experience in KNX Automation Sales or Smart Home Automation Sales.
  
• Strong experience in B2B project sales and solution selling.
  
• Experience managing architects, interior designers, system integrators, and premium clients.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Must own a vehicle and laptop.
  
• Willingness to travel across South India.
