Job Description - Hiring || Senior TCMS SW Engineer -HYD

Job Title: Senior TCMS Software Engineer

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Experience: 5–10 Years

Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent)

CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain TCMS software solutions for rolling stock projects.
Design and implement control software models based on requirements, interface documents, and RAMS constraints.
Define system architecture and technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with TCMS development processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
Lead design, code, and technical reviews while collaborating with cross -functional teams and customers.
Prepare software integration plans, perform integration activities, and generate technical reports.
Support train integration, testing, validation, and commissioning activities.
Estimate effort, manage assigned deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
Provide technical guidance, resolve complex engineering issues, and support customer discussions.
Ensure adherence to applicable industry standards and best development practices.

Requirements

5–10 years of software development experience, preferably in the Rolling Stock/Railway domain.

Strong understanding of TCMS, train control systems, and software integration.

Experience in system architecture, software design, and validation activities.

Knowledge of RAMS principles and safety -critical software development.

Excellent problem -solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
