Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong product-design experience who can independently manage the complete design lifecycle—from requirement understanding and user flows to final mockups, developer handoff, and implementation validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UI/UX design activities from requirements to final implementation.
  
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
  
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Business Teams, and stakeholders.
  
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and drive design decisions.
  
• Convert complex business processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  
• Maintain consistency across design systems, components, typography, spacing, and interactions.
  
• Prepare developer-ready design specifications and support developer handoff.
  
• Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX gaps before release.
  
• Conduct usability reviews and identify accessibility, friction, and improvement areas.
  
• Maintain reusable components, design systems, and design documentation.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
  
• Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile/application interfaces.
  
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to justify design decisions based on user needs, business requirements, and usability.
  
• Strong understanding of design systems, reusable components, responsive design, and developer handoff.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design requirements.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS, enterprise, workflow-heavy, or internal business applications.
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend development constraints.
  
• Experience working with developers and QA through implementation and release.
  
• Knowledge of usability testing, accessibility, analytics, or product experimentation.
  
• Experience with AI/LLM-based product interfaces or workflows.
