Job Description – Service Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical/healthcare equipment across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain medical equipment.
  
• Attend breakdown calls and preventive maintenance activities.
  
• Troubleshoot electronic and PCB-related issues.
  
• Provide technical support to hospitals and channel partners.
  
• Promote AMC/CMC contracts.
  
• Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
  
• Travel within the assigned territory for customer support.
  

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in medical equipment / biomedical / healthcare equipment / electronics service.
  
• Basic knowledge of electronics and PCB repair.
  
• Hands-on experience with testing and diagnostic tools.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet.
  
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
