The ideal candidate will proactively address concerns through regular stay interviews, resolve conflicts swiftly, and maintain accurate records of worker engagement and performance. With a strong emphasis on people management and site coordination, the Staff Supervisor also contributes to the development of future leaders and ensures seamless onboarding for new team members. This role is essential to maintaining productivity, morale, and safety across multiple project locations.
