Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand’s online presence by crafting engaging short -form video content and actively managing our community across Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling Reels, strategically posting in targeted groups, and fostering meaningful interactions to enhance visibility, engagement, and audience loyalty. Your work will directly contribute to building a vibrant, responsive online community and driving brand awareness in a fast -paced digital environment.

Experience: 6 months - 2 years

Location: Kolkata

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce high -quality short videos and Reels tailored for Facebook.
Strategically post content within relevant and targeted Facebook groups to maximize reach.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure continuous audience engagement and visibility.
Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Actively engage with followers to build relationships, encourage discussions, and boost interaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in creating Facebook Reels and short -form video content.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow social media presence through group engagement.
Strong understanding of social media content management and platform algorithms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on community interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines consistently.
