Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the analytics workstream throughout the project lifecycle—from proposal and planning to execution, delivery, and implementation.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data collection and analysis, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  
• Perform quantitative analysis on large, granular datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and relationships.
  
• Utilize analytical tools (SAS, SQL, Python) to manipulate data, conduct modeling, and derive actionable insights.
  
• Structure complex business problems and guide the team toward effective, data -driven solutions.
  
• Mentor and oversee the work of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
  
• Develop clear, concise presentations and reports for internal and external clients, translating complex findings into strategic recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams and managers to deliver high -impact, innovative solutions.
  
• Contribute to the identification of “so what” insights from data, ensuring relevance and business value.
  

• Bachelor’s degree from a premier educational institution with an outstanding academic record.
  
• 2 -7 years of professional experience in analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python.
  
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex analytical challenges and deliver implementable business solutions.
  
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  
• Strong mathematical and scientific aptitude with a passion for problem -solving.
  
• Proven communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
