Hiring || Store Manager -Kolkata

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead retail operations for a premium women’s ethnic wear brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, managing team productivity, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end store operations including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising
  
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets (KPIs: ATV, Conversion, UPT)
  
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to enhance productivity and customer engagement
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and in -store experience
  
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with supply chain, and minimize stock loss
  
• Maintain store hygiene, VM standards, and brand guidelines
  
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports using MS Excel
  
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback effectively
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail SOPs
  

Requirements

• Gender: Female (Mandatory)
  
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years as Store Manager
    
  • Overall 7+ years in retail sales/operations
    
• Strong experience in apparel retail (women ethnic wear preferred)
  
• Proven track record in sales target achievement and KPI management
  
• Hands -on experience in team handling and staff management
  
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (MIS & reporting)
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
