Job Description – Store Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations for a premium Women's Wear/Ethnic Wear brand. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in store operations, sales performance, team management, inventory control, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  
• Drive store sales, revenue growth, and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
  
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  
• Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
  
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation as per company standards.
  
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
  
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational MIS reports.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse, merchandising, and regional teams for seamless store operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, billing procedures, and store policies.
  
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to build a high-performing team.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in retail store operations.
  
• Mandatory experience in Women's Wear, Ethnic Wear, Fashion Apparel, or Lifestyle Retail.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store profitability.
  
• Strong experience in team handling, customer relationship management, and inventory control.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of retail KPIs, billing systems, and POS software.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage store operations independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
