Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead end -to -end deployment, integration, and upgrade of SDM network elements across 2G, 4G, and 5G environments.
  
• Design and implement SDM solutions based on customer needs, strictly following High -Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Level Design (DLD) documentation.
  
• Deploy SDM solutions on VNF and CNF architectures within Telco Cloud platforms such as OpenStack, VMware, Docker, and OpenShift.
  
• Install, configure, integrate, test (ATP/UAT), and upgrade SDM components including SDL, PGW, SDLA, AUSF, and UDM.
  
• Support cloud -native SDM operations and ensure smooth integration with existing and evolving network infrastructures.
  
• Conduct system validation, interoperability testing, and performance verification across multi -vendor environments.
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues using Wireshark, log analysis, and protocol -level debugging techniques.
  
• Provide expert -level support for SDM call flows, including 2G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT services.
  
• Collaborate with on -site and offshore cross -functional teams to meet deployment timelines and project milestones.
  
• Execute software upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal impact on service availability.
  
• Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for scalability, reliability, and high availability.
  
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment procedures, configurations, and operational best practices.
  
• Partner with customers and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and successful project delivery.
  
• Lead technical discussions and foster knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
  

• We are seeking a skilled Solution Engineer/Deployment Engineer with proven expertise in deploying Subscriber Data Management (SDM) nodes within Telco Cloud environments.
  
• 5 -10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on SDL (Shared Data Layer) solution implementation and upgrades.
  
• In -depth understanding of SDM architectures and their interworking across core telecom networks.
  
• Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, along with familiarity with emerging telecom technologies such as VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT.
  
• Proven experience in deploying SDM nodes (SDL, PGW, SDLA, AUSF, UDM) as BareMetal, VNFs, or CNFs in cloud environments.
  
• Expertise in installing, configuring, integrating, testing, and upgrading SDM components across diverse network scenarios.
  
• Proficient in using troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, log analysis, and protocol -level diagnostics.
  
• Ability to interpret and implement HLD and DLD specifications for SDM deployments.
  
• Hands -on experience with Linux, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and OpenShift.
  
• Solid understanding of key telecom protocols including LDAP, SOAP, Diameter, HTTP, and GSM SS7.
  
• Prior experience in SDL migration projects is highly desirable.
  
• Working knowledge of Nokia’s SDL, PGW, and SDLA platforms is an added advantage.
