Job Description – Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

Jaya Industries is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on sales hiring across FMCG/manufacturing, along with operations, supply chain, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales, operations, supply chain, and corporate roles.
  

• Drive high-volume sales hiring across multiple regions.
  

• Coordinate with business leaders to plan manpower requirements and hiring strategies.
  

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultancies, and employee referrals.
  

• Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  

• Build talent pipelines for critical positions and improve candidate experience.
  

• Lead and mentor the recruitment team and support employer branding initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  

• Proven experience in sales hiring within FMCG industries.
  

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field preferred.
  

• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and team-handling skills.
  

• Experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.
  

• Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
