Job Description - Hiring || Team Lead - IT Contract Staffing (CTH) - Hyderabad

Summary:

The Team Leader - IT Contract Staffing (CTH) plays a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence within our IT staffing operations in Hyderabad. Reporting into the leadership team, this individual will lead and mentor a high -performing group of IT recruiters focused on delivering contract -to -hire placements for top -tier service integrator clients. The role demands a results -driven approach, with an emphasis on maintaining pipeline strength, ensuring quality submissions, and achieving consistent closure targets across diverse technology domains. By fostering team development, optimizing delivery processes, and maintaining strong client relationships, the Team Leader ensures seamless recruitment execution and contributes to the scalable growth of our staffing business.

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad

Preferred Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters specializing in Contract -to -Hire (CTH) placements.
Drive end -to -end delivery for high -priority hiring mandates from leading service integrator clients.
Ensure consistent achievement of team KPIs, including submission quality, time -to -fill, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to align on hiring priorities, critical roles, and delivery timelines.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and market intelligence for niche and high -demand technologies.
Oversee requirement allocation, daily tracking, performance reporting, and delivery governance.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for priority and hard -to -fill technology roles.
Monitor individual and team performance using SLA adherence, conversion ratios, and other key recruitment metrics.
Support recruitment team onboarding, training, and capability -building initiatives as needed.
Maintain proactive and professional client communication to ensure a high -quality delivery experience.

Requirements

3 -8 years of experience in IT staffing, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Contract -to -Hire (CTH) hiring.
Proven track record in managing IT recruitment teams and delivering results in fast -paced environments.
Hands -on experience working with major service integrator clients across technology domains.
In -depth understanding of IT hiring trends, technical skill sets, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop recruiters in sourcing and screening best practices.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with both internal teams and external clients.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining focus on delivery outcomes.
Experience handling both niche and volume -based hiring requirements.
Preferred background from reputable IT staffing or recruitment firms.
Exposure to clients in Banking, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or BFSI sectors is a strong advantage.
Solid grasp of recruitment operations, delivery metrics, and process optimization.
