Hiring: Technical Support Associate – International (US) Process | Work from Office

Location: [Kolkata]

Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Shift: 24Ã7 Rotational (including night shifts)

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role

We are hiring smart and energetic Technical Support Associates to join our US -based process. If you have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and are ready to work in a dynamic environment — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle technical support queries from international customers

Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails

Maintain high -quality customer experience and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

Education: Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA)

Freshers & experienced candidates (up to 4 years)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Basic technical knowledge is a must

Immediate joiners or max 15 days’ notice

Benefits

CTC: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA (based on experience)

Includes night shift allowance (up to ₹3,000/month)
