Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory sales targets.
  
• Manage distributors and strengthen the retail network.
  
• Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
  
• Increase secondary sales and ensure product availability.
  
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
  
• Execute trade schemes, promotions, and market development activities.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor relationships.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  
• 4+ years of experience in General Trade (GT) Sales.
  
• Strong experience in Distributor Management, Channel Sales, and Territory Management.
  
• Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
