This role is pivotal in shaping the academic and personal development of students in Grades 6 to 8, fostering a love for the English language, literature, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a B.Ed. qualification, equipped with strong pedagogical skills, a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum, and a commitment to innovative, inclusive, and student -driven learning.
*Responsibilities:*
- Deliver engaging, curriculum -aligned English instruction for Grades 6–8 as per CBSE guidelines.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans, activities, and assessments that promote critical thinking, reading comprehension, writing proficiency, and oral communication.
- Use a variety of teaching methodologies, including technology integration, project -based learning, and collaborative group work.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in English (Graduate) with a minimum of 55% marks.
- B.Ed. qualification from a recognized university (preferably in English or Education).
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and examination patterns for Classes 6–8.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools and learning management systems (e.g., Google Classroom, MS Office).
