Job Description – Travel Sales Executive(Inbound Leads)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Travel Sales Executive to handle high-intent inbound leads, understand customer travel requirements, recommend suitable holiday packages, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert warm inbound travel leads into bookings.
  
• Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements.
  
• Recommend and customize domestic and international holiday packages.
  
• Prepare quotations covering hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and inclusions.
  
• Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales.
  
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  
• Update lead status, sales pipeline, and activities in CRM.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Package Sales, Travel Consulting, or Travel Operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of popular international and domestic destinations.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Bengali is an advantage.
  
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems, quotation tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
