Job Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Engineer to manage warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, stock records, and material documentation. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of electrical/electronic materials and be comfortable working with MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
  
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct physical stock audits.
  
• Prepare monthly stock, labour, and transportation reports.
  
• Handle material movement, tagging, identification, and documentation.
  
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Projects, and other departments.
  
• Manage warehouse-related cash purchases, expenses, and records.
  
• Ensure systematic storage, cleanliness, and safety of the warehouse.
  
• Conduct market visits for cash purchases and material procurement when required.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
  
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material management.
  
• Good knowledge of electrical/electronic materials and equipment.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/inventory systems.
  
• Strong documentation, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to handle cash purchases and maintain accurate records.
  
• Willingness to travel locally for procurement/market visits when required.
