Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end warehouse and stores operations, ensuring smooth material flow and inventory accuracy.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability through effective inventory control practices.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate GRN processing for all incoming materials.
  
• Implement and monitor FIFO/LIFO inventory methodologies as per organizational requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  
• Supervise material receipt, storage, issuance, dispatch, and transportation activities.
  
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards within the warehouse.

Requirements

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Warehouse, Stores, and Logistics Management.
  
• Strong experience in warehouse operations is mandatory.
  
• Candidates from Steel, Heavy Machinery Manufacturing, Rail Equipment Manufacturing, or similar industrial sectors will be preferred.
  
• Experience should not be limited to store operations only; hands -on exposure to end -to -end warehouse management is essential.
