Job Description – Wellness Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator to manage the front desk, patient appointments, counselling, and conversion of consultations into treatment packages. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and consultative sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a warm and professional clinic experience.
  
• Manage appointments, calls, inquiries, and patient coordination.
  
• Explain treatment programs and guide patients through consultations.
  
• Counsel patients and convert inquiries/consultations into treatment packages.
  
• Maintain patient follow-ups and coordinate the overall clinic experience.
  
• Create a calm, empathetic, and supportive environment for new mothers.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Front Desk / Clinic Coordination / Hospital Sales / Wellness Center Sales.
  
• Strong face-to-face counselling and closing skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Empathetic, patient, and calm approach.
  
• Experience in Healthcare / Physiotherapy / IVF / Maternity / Wellness Clinics is preferred.
  
• Prior experience in consultative or counselling-led sales is an added advantage.
