Job Description - Holidays Manager (Inbound & Outbound)

Location: Kochi
Qualification: Any Graduate (Travel & Tourism background preferred)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Employment Type: Full -Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Holidays Manager to handle both Inbound and Outbound Holiday Operations. The candidate will be responsible for creating holiday packages, managing tour operations, coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Holidays

  • Develop and manage holiday packages for domestic and international tourists.
  • Coordinate hotels, transportation, sightseeing, guides, and other travel services.
  • Build relationships with travel agents and tour operators.
  • Ensure smooth travel experiences and customer satisfaction.

Outbound Holidays

  • Plan and manage international holiday packages.
  • Handle visa processing, flight bookings, accommodation, and travel documentation.
  • Create customized itineraries based on customer requirements and budgets.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers, hotels, and tour operators.

Operations & Team Management

  • Supervise and support holiday operations staff.
  • Ensure smooth execution of bookings and tour arrangements.
  • Coordinate with sales, ticketing, visa, and marketing teams.
  • Handle customer issues and operational challenges.

Business Development

  • Develop attractive holiday packages to increase sales.
  • Monitor package profitability and revenue performance.
  • Identify new destinations and travel opportunities.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Vendor Management

  • Maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Monitor supplier performance and service quality.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Experience in holiday package creation and tour operations.
  • Knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with travel CRM, reservation systems, or travel software.
  • Basic knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
  • Strong team management and problem -solving abilities.

  • Achievement of holiday sales targets.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Profitability of holiday packages.
  • Successful execution of tours and travel arrangements.
