Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Home Operations Manager to lead renovation, staging, and property readiness operations across our portfolio of homes. The ideal candidate will have experience managing on-ground projects, contractors, and vendors while ensuring exceptional quality, timely delivery, and operational excellence.

This is a high-ownership role requiring strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Home Renovation & Staging Operations

• Manage end-to-end home renovation and staging projects from property audit to final handover.


• Ensure homes are market-ready by maintaining high standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.


• Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely completion of all operational activities.

Vendor & Contractor Management

• Build, manage, and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and ground execution teams.


• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget expectations.


• Negotiate pricing and optimize operational costs without compromising quality.

Quality Control & Process Excellence

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.


• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively.


• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and operational systems to drive efficiency and consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Design, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth project execution.


• Facilitate seamless handovers between internal teams and external stakeholders.


• Support customer requirements and address operational challenges promptly.

Performance & Reporting

• Track project milestones, budgets, and operational metrics.


• Prepare regular updates and reports for leadership.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across home operations processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Site Management, Interior Project Execution, Construction Operations, or a related field.


• Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and on-ground execution teams.


• Strong project management and coordination skills.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
