Home Specialist/ Interior Designer

Looking for a Home Specialist with 12-15 years of experience working in a Home Specialist role. 

They are someone who is currently living in Mumbai, or is willing to relocate and can start immediately or up to 30 days' notice period. 

Role Description 

To handhold the clients throughout the process of home renovation right from start to end and enable an experience of luxury which makes the client happy about our association. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project, budget estimate, location, and resources that will be needed. 

• Interpret and translate-client needs to internal client-facing teams so that they can be prepared with the right pitch for the client when they visit. 

• Sketch preliminary design plans, including partition layouts 

• Take ownership of design projects from conceptualization to completion as a client relationship manager. Be answerable on behalf of DesignQandy. 

• Communicate a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs to the client on discussion with design and operations teams. 

• Collaborate with all internal departments in order to ensure quality is maintained at each and every stage of the process and facilitate the ˜luxury experience' for the client. 

• Regularly visit sites during project design, execution, completion, and de-snagging stages to ensure a seamless journey for the client. 

• Understand the personal style of the client and maneuver the home dÃcor process imagery accordingly. 

Mandatory Requirements 

• 12-15years' experience as an architect or interior designer in the luxury residential space(consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions). 

• Entrepreneurship experience will be an added advantage. 

• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations 

• Handled luxury projects of Rs. 10,000 to 12,000 per sq ft

• An understanding of color, shape, and form. 

• To keep up to date with new design developments. 

• To work to deadlines and budgets. 

•  Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

Eligibility Criteria 

MBA / B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Designing preferably from a foreign University with international experience

Compensation as per market standard  

Job Location: Kanjurmarg/Marine Drive, WFO 6 days/week
