Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Home Styling Specialist to lead home renovation and staging projects from audit to final handover.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong aesthetic sensibility with operational execution skills and enjoys creating visually appealing spaces that enhance customer experience and property value.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end home styling, renovation, and staging projects.


• Conduct property audits and coordinate execution from planning to handover.


• Manage contractors, vendors, and on-ground teams while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.


• Collaborate closely with design, operations, and sales teams for seamless customer experience.


• Support customer requirements during and after project execution.


• Develop and improve staging SOPs, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and consistency.


• Ensure homes are aesthetically optimized to improve presentation and buyer appeal.


• Maintain high standards of execution and attention to detail across projects.
