As a Hospital Relationship Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between hospitals, patients, and the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to promote medical and ambulance services, ensure seamless coordination with hospital teams, and build long-term, trust-based relationships that support patient care and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and their families to inform them about available medical and ambulance services, encouraging utilization when required.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and organizational targets.
• Collaborate with hospital staff—including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel—to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Hospital Emergency Departments to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, feedback, and sales activities for regular reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or allied services sector.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
