Job Description - Hotel Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer -oriented Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure excellent guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hotel operations, supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day -to -day hotel operations efficiently.
  • Supervise front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor room occupancy and booking activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Monitor operational expenses and control costs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel requirements.
  • Implement strategies to improve guest experience and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
  • Maintain positive relationships with guests, corporate clients, and travel partners.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a similar supervisory role.
