Job Description - Hotel Manager

Roles and Responsibilitites: -

Financial & Revenue Management

Develop, monitor, and manage operating budgets to maximize profitability and meet financial targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to develop pricing strategies and drive room occupancy.
Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and expense tracking

Guest Services & Reputation

Welcome guests, ensure exceptional hospitality experiences, and monitor the hotel's online reputation.
Handle escalated guest complaints and execute service recovery protocols.

Staff Leadership & Human Resources

Recruit, train, and mentor staff, from department heads to hourly employees.
Create work schedules, manage performance evaluations, and foster a productive, positive work culture.

Operations Management

Supervise day -to -day operations across all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and event planners
