We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our establishment. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of housekeeping staff while ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
• Manage and motivate a diverse team of housekeeping staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution
• Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

• 1-2 years of progressive leadership experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in prioritizing and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel housekeeping management systems
• In-depth understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Strong budget management and cost control skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
