We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping operations at the facility. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring high cleanliness standards, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities across offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure consistent adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and guide housekeeping staff for effective execution.
• Inspect cleaned areas to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Manage waste disposal processes and ensure proper use and upkeep of cleaning equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain housekeeping schedules, checklists, and basic records.
• Ensure availability and proper usage of cleaning supplies and materials.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and work alongside housekeeping teams.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling routine housekeeping supervision tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
