Job Description - HPC Application Engineer

HPC JD

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Day to Day monitoring of cluster setup

2. Update the patches when required and checking the compatibility with the applications

3. Configuration of SLURM job scheduler

4. Check the cluster's health status

5. Maintaining xcat database

6. Add new nodes to HPC cluster

7. Good knowledge on pre and post script of xcat

8. Application installation and configuration

Skills

Latest Redhat OS Install, Patching, and Upgrades
Adding in ne nodes o cluster and HPC Cluster XCAT cluster install
Installing all the Linux based application
Configurating SLURUM scheduler for application
