We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support end\-to\-end recruitment and core HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full\-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Use creative sourcing techniques to attract quality candidates
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and HR\-related activities
Communicate professionally with candidates via phone, email, and in person
Assist in organizing HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or HR Administrator
Hands\-on experience with candidate sourcing techniques
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in basic HR documentation and coordination
Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources or a related field
