We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our human resources and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Liase with the consultant for Payroll and other statutory requirements Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely manner. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, and tracking attendance. Assist in the development of training materials and resources as needed. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations by staying informed of updates and implementing necessary changes. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment. Skills required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Preferably experience in an International environment 3 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. What you can expect?
