Qualifications requirement :- Minimum H.S pass and above & also Having good knowledge of computer.

Jobs Responsibility as a HR cum Recruiter:-

Candidate need to understand Company staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions in various department of the delivery company.

Candidates need to Use various recruitment channels including online job petals social media platforms and various online networks for recruitment.

Taking interview, Select and engage passive candidates who may be a good fit for the company.

Review applications and bio-data, screening appropriate bio-data and shortlisting the most suitable candidates.

Hr. admin need to communicate with the candidates through the recruitment process.

To recruit candidates who searching jobs in delivery field.

Must have ability to manage delivery hubs.
