Job Description - HR Admin Manager

The right candidate will play a Tri role with employees, the company, and Logistics Supply Partners/First /Last
mile Hub on our platform.

Prior Human Resources experience
is a core competency for this role and we are focused on finding a business
leader whose vision will fully align our organization for success. This role
will collaborate with the leadership team to recruit, engage, develop and
retain employees at EZ Logistics throughout the Entire Employee lifecycle.

 

The HR Manager ensures that
human resource programs support the long -term goals of the board. This position
performs professional work of considerable difficulty overseeing a range of
administrative functions related to human resource management, employee
development and customer service.

 



Requirements

HR Role & Responsibilities

 

1: Recruitment & sourcing of
candidates, Interviewing and onboarding, managing staffing -
(face -to -face/online interviews); on -boarding of new employees; team building
and well -being of the employees

Joining Formalities of the newly
joined employee, Database update and upkeep of the CVs and certificates of
candidates, planning for employee’s performance appraisal, developing tools for
appraisal, job evaluation and development, Provide executive coaching to
managers and leaders. 

  • Attract, hire and retain top -quality employees with competitive

Partner with our leadership team
and managers on all things people -related, including performance reviews,
coaching, employee relations, organizational development, and recruiting

 

 

Learning Developing
Responsibilities, Help resolve conflicts/ issues that arise between manager and
employee. And all other works which come on demand from time to time Facilitate
prompt issue resolution and oversee issue resolution within the department.
Timely forward suggested corrective actions or issues needing additional
attention to the Logistics Manager

 

  • Training for newcomers, internal team members, or external
    customers/suppliers if needed

  • Distribute workload efficiently among department team members
  • Manage on -call shifts for department team members
  • Act as backup to the Logistics Manager as requested
  • Suggest process improvements
  • Run standard reports and metrics regularly, analyse and review
    findings with the Logistics Manager

  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage special projects
  • Actively support sales, marketing, and business development
  • Support marketing efforts such as article publications, and
    launching campaigns thru Digital Marketing Manager 

 

Establish accountability,
identify solutions to resolve problems, and foster a diverse workplace that
enables all employees to contribute to the organization to their fullest
potential.

 

Admin Roles &
Responsibility:

 

We require an all -around
personality that involves ourselves in various departmental projects and a
motivator. Someone who has worked in a start -up and done the grind, ups -downs,
and collating people to perform at their best. Experience in hr -tech,
Knowledge of HRMS Tools - Zoho People and Payroll is a must
, fintech,
on -demand aggregators, food aggregators, logistics, and e -commerce would be a
good blend to have.

 

  • Managing day -to -day general administration to ensure a smooth and
    trouble -free operation of the company and coordinate the routing process
    if needed Manage escalations

 

  •  Oversee day -to -day operations Excellent knowledge of
    accounting regulations and procedures as applicable to Indian companies.

 

  • Working experience in maintaining statutory compliances as
    applicable to Indian companies.

 

  • Working knowledge of GST compliance; filing of GST returns,
    Hands -on experience with accounting 

  

  • Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary
    statements and distribution, policies etc.

 

  • Ensure vendor management and identify venues, caterers and other
    needs of training workshops and assist with all preparations.

 

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel,
    PPT 

 

  • Formalities designing of the Standing Orders Manual with legal
    compliance under the Shops and Establishments Act, Contract Labour Act,
    Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, PF ESI Act, and other Acts,
    this will be for all the offices across India.
