The right candidate will play a Tri role with employees, the company, and Logistics Supply Partners/First /Last
mile Hub on our platform.
Prior Human Resources experience
is a core competency for this role and we are focused on finding a business
leader whose vision will fully align our organization for success. This role
will collaborate with the leadership team to recruit, engage, develop and
retain employees at EZ Logistics throughout the Entire Employee lifecycle.
The HR Manager ensures that
human resource programs support the long -term goals of the board. This position
performs professional work of considerable difficulty overseeing a range of
administrative functions related to human resource management, employee
development and customer service.
HR Role & Responsibilities
1: Recruitment & sourcing of
candidates, Interviewing and onboarding, managing staffing -
(face -to -face/online interviews); on -boarding of new employees; team building
and well -being of the employees
Joining Formalities of the newly
joined employee, Database update and upkeep of the CVs and certificates of
candidates, planning for employee’s performance appraisal, developing tools for
appraisal, job evaluation and development, Provide executive coaching to
managers and leaders.
Partner with our leadership team
and managers on all things people -related, including performance reviews,
coaching, employee relations, organizational development, and recruiting
Learning Developing
Responsibilities, Help resolve conflicts/ issues that arise between manager and
employee. And all other works which come on demand from time to time Facilitate
prompt issue resolution and oversee issue resolution within the department.
Timely forward suggested corrective actions or issues needing additional
attention to the Logistics Manager
Establish accountability,
identify solutions to resolve problems, and foster a diverse workplace that
enables all employees to contribute to the organization to their fullest
potential.
Admin Roles &
Responsibility:
We require an all -around
personality that involves ourselves in various departmental projects and a
motivator. Someone who has worked in a start -up and done the grind, ups -downs,
and collating people to perform at their best. Experience in hr -tech,
Knowledge of HRMS Tools - Zoho People and Payroll is a must, fintech,
on -demand aggregators, food aggregators, logistics, and e -commerce would be a
good blend to have.
