1.Managing statutory compliances under various Labour Laws, Environmental Laws etc.
2.Liaison with External agencies and Government Authorities like Labour dept., Pollution Control Board, EPF, ESI, Factories Act, Police dept. and
local administration.
3.Drafting and certification of Standing Orders and implementation.
4.Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial relations.
